College Admin: Authorized representative of an educational institution managing institutional data.

• College Admin accounts must be registered with an official institutional email domain.
• Only authorized personnel may manage institutional data, departments, and professors.
• Users must be at least 18 years of age or have appropriate authorization from their institution.

3. Account Registration & Approval

• First-time users must complete the registration process, providing accurate and complete information.
• College Admin accounts are subject to Super Admin approval before full access is granted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.
• Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload malicious software, spam, or harmful content.
• Access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
• Misuse platform features (e.g., adding false professors or departments).

5. Data & Content Management

• College Admins are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the platform, including department details, specializations, and professor profiles.
• All modifications (Add/Edit/Delete) should comply with institutional and platform guidelines.
• myGuruv.com reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.

6. OTP Verification & Security

• For login, OTP verification will be sent to the registered email address.
• You must ensure that your registered email remains active and accessible.
• You are responsible for securing your login credentials and OTPs from unauthorized access.

7. Service Availability

• We strive to ensure continuous platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may suspend or terminate access for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property
